ABOUT MIKE'S TIRE FACTORY
After 13 years as one of those national retail tire dealers I decided it was time for a little change. The change you will notice most is the name of course and the prices. By becoming a member of the Tire Factory family I am able to offer lower prices on most of my products and services. One thing that won't change is the great service that I along with my trusted staff work hard to provide.
I like to keep things simple. When I find a problem with your vehicle I will tell you what the problem is and what the cost will be to fix it. If you don't understand the problem I will explain it to you. If you are still not sure I will show you the problem and at the same time you can talk to the technician that will be making the repair. I always strive to do it right the first time,honest,transparent and simple. I haven't been able to stay in business this long doing things the wrong way. One criteria I use when evaluating a repair is would I do it it it where my daughter's, wife's, mother's or sister's vehicle? If the answer is yes than I will strongly recommend the repair. I am at the shop most days so feel free to ask for me directly.
